Selha: A Hidden Eco-Tourism Gem in the Heart of Pilibhit Tiger Reserve Located near the Pilibhit Tiger Reserve, Selha is a peaceful yet culturally rich village in the Puranpur Block of Pilibhit district, Uttar Pradesh. Spread across 503 hectares, it is home to Punjabi, Bengali, Purviya and other communities, creating a warm, multicultural village atmosphere. Selha lies 43 km east of Pilibhit and is well connected to nearby towns like Sitarganj, Palia Kalan and Puranpur. With Chuka Beach just 14 km away, Sharda Sagar Dam 15 km away, and dense forest ranges all around, Selha naturally lends itself to eco-tourism and nature-based travel.
