This project is designed to unlock the tourism potential of Uttar Pradesh’s villages by preparing and implementing a holistic Rural Tourism Development Strategy. The initiative emphasizes the development of rural homestays, enabling travelers to experience authentic village life while creating new income streams for local families. By empowering communities, preserving cultural heritage, and promoting eco-friendly practices, the project contributes to sustainable and inclusive growth.

Beyond infrastructure, it focuses on capacity building, skill training, and awareness programs to enhance hospitality standards and community participation. Showcasing local art, craft, cuisine, and traditions, the project not only strengthens rural livelihoods but also positions villages as vibrant tourism destinations. With a balance of tradition and modernity, the initiative aims to transform rural spaces into hubs of responsible tourism, directly linking heritage conservation with economic development.
